Tabulie is great to eat, but messy with your teeth.
2 bunches of parsley finely chopped
4 green onions chopped
3 ripe tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup bulghur #1
3 persian cucumbers chopped
After measuring bulghur, pour it into a bowl. Add the tomatoes and let them become friends for about 30 mins. After 30 mins., combine the rest of the ingredients together to the bulghur and tomatoe mixture. Add some olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste. Mix well and enjoy!

So I figured it was about time to start blogging. I have the love and desire to cook all kinds of food...from simple to complicated, unhealthy to healthy and so on...I frequently get asked for recipes for all the delish foods we create and I thought posting them on a blog would be the perfect spot for them!
